| I was quite happy with the service; it was an upgrade on my 27" MAC which I got in 2009. The main problem which I had was that the storage was only one terabyte, I was running out of space and the machine was relatively slow. I had an upgrade to a 4 terabyte hardrive within the mac along with a SSD drive to go where the CD rom was. The RAM (Random Access Memory) was upgraded from 8GB to 18GB. I had the mac collected from my home and dropped off after the bank holiday weekend. Everything is so much quicker on the MAC and it feels like a brand new MAC. I thought it was a reasonable price. | Recently visited these guys after a bad experience at one of the bigger local companies. Needed a new system built within a specific budget, and I don't have much knowledge on custom PC building! They helped me put together a great computer without trying to up-sell me on parts I didn't need! They gave me phone calls to update me, replied to my emails quickly and were very helpful when I went in store. Really happy with the computer, they installed everything for me, updated all the software so it was ready to go straight out of the box, and they offered me free follow ups if there was any problems. | I had fitted a new power supply unit to my pc after my old one started smoking but it wouldn't run properly. Took it down to 19 and James managed to get it up and running in no time and for free of charge. I was so impressed that I also ordered a new pc system. Highly impressed!
